This Privacy Notice explains how Poyais Digital Reklamcılık ve Teknoloji LTD. ŞTİ. ("Poyais Digital", "we", "us") processes personal data in connection with the Poyvisor platform ("Poyvisor", the "Platform"), in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and, where applicable, Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
The data controller for the Poyvisor Platform is Poyais Digital Reklamcılık ve Teknoloji LTD. ŞTİ., a company registered in Türkiye (Tax Office: Bakırköy Vergi Dairesi Müdürlüğü, Tax No: 7322076500, Mersis No: 0732207650000001), located at Yeşilköy Mah. Atatürk Cad. Poyvisor is a B2B SaaS platform that enables businesses and agencies to build, manage, and operate AI-powered voice calling assistants to communicate with their own customers or leads by phone.
Two distinct data-processing relationships exist:

We process personal data on the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR: performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests (provided these do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms), and your consent where specifically required (for example, certain call-recording features).
We share personal data, to the extent necessary to provide the service, with: Retell AI, Inc. (our voice AI infrastructure provider), our hosting provider (Hetzner), our payment services provider (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. — iyzico), and competent public authorities where legally required.
International Data Transfers: Retell AI, Inc. is based in the United States, and your data may therefore be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) / Turkey. We have entered into a Data Processing Addendum with Retell AI, Inc. that incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (EU SCCs) by reference, together with additional terms addressing transfers from the United Kingdom (UK Addendum) and Switzerland (FADP), providing appropriate safeguards for these international transfers.
Call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated call summaries are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of creation, after which they are automatically deleted from our systems. Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to know whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, know the purpose of processing, know the recipients of your data, request correction or erasure, object to automated decision-making with adverse effects on you, claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing, and lodge a complaint with your relevant supervisory authority.
